Activa aim is to help women of all ages, body shape and fitness levels and dance abilities to lead an active life-style through fun and easy-going classes. Our classes will provide you with the exact amount of exercise boosting your energy levels so you will feel happier and will be able to perform your routine activities eg. Work, family, studies with a lot more enthusiasm!

Our classes are also physically demanding, as we aim to improve your fitness level week by week, whilst you are too busy having fun in the class our instructor is busy working on your body and dance ability.Pole dancing brings many positive and FAST results to your body, especially in your abs definition and upper body. However many of our girls have notice results in their legs and bum also from the squatting and climbing moves. Therefore is safe to say Fitness Pole will provide you with aFULL BODY WORKOUT in ONE CLASS!!

The Dance element of Fitness Pole brings affects women positively both physically and mentally. Physically it will increase dramatically your flexibility and you will be surprise to achieve both front and the box splits within a few months! All the flexibility exercises done in the warm up and cool down parts of the class also prevent injuries not only during your pole class but during other exercise activities you might do.
