    Pole Fitness is divided in 4 levels to suit you best! You also get a certificate of achievement every time you complete a level to keep you motivated!

    Pole Baby (level 1) – Here you are introduced to the art of pole dancing and exercise, you learn how to hold your own weight on the pole, your first tricks and climbing. You also learn your first routine so when you are a ‘pole baby’ you can already perform!

    Pole Lady (level 2 ) – As an intermediate pole dancer you will learn how to go upside down for the first time through two different techniques. You are not pole shy anymore so it is time to get your abs and upper body strong for the next level with harder tricks and spins!

    Pole Diva (level 3) - Here you are an advanced pole dancer! You’d never thought you’d comethis far but hey we told you it is addictive!! Here you will be learning how to balance your body weight upside down using just your arms on the pole, your first upside down routines and combinations and extreme spins!!

    Pole Queen (Level 4) - Now you are a professional pole dancer and if you have achieved this level you should be very proud! Finishing this level means you can perform outstanding and wowing routines professionally and safely without your instructor supervision. You should be able to perform the splits high on the pole and upside down. Well done you are now a Pole Queen!!
